2048 · EVISOFT

In the 2048 and 2048 Math apps, Evisoft does not operate advertising, analytics, tracking, or its own gameplay server. Your game board, score, preferences, and eraser balance remain on your device. Optional Apple Game Center and Google Play Games services process only the platform data needed for sign-in, leaderboards, security, and service operation.

Information we collect

Evisoft does not directly collect personal information through 2048 or 2048 Math and has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking technology. When platform game services are available, Apple or Google may process a platform user identifier, gamer profile information, approximate country or region, device identifiers, eligible scores, purchase status, and diagnostics to provide, secure, analyze, and troubleshoot their services under their own privacy policies.

Information stored on your device

The 2048 app stores the current game board, score, best score, undo state, preferences, eraser balance, and transaction-recovery state locally so play and verified purchases can resume safely. Evisoft does not receive this information.

Gestures and animation

Swipes and number-tile interactions are processed in real time and only on the device to move and animate the game board. They are not recorded, retained, or transmitted. The app respects Reduce Motion in iOS Accessibility settings and Android’s reduced-motion preference.

Apple Game Center and Google Play Games

Apple Game Center and Google Play Games are optional platform services. On Apple devices, before any eligible score is uploaded, 2048 asks for explicit permission to send your score and Game Center player identity to Apple Game Center for global leaderboards. Choosing Not Now prevents uploads and does not limit the core game. You can allow or stop future score sharing at any time in How to Play > Game Center & Privacy. On Android, eligible scores are submitted through Google Play Games when that service is available and the player is signed in. The platform provider may process gamer identity, account or profile information, approximate region, device identifiers, scores, and diagnostics to provide and protect the service. Evisoft keeps no separate copy; existing platform data remains managed by Apple or Google.

Purchases

Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing processes packs of 20 erasers as consumable purchases. Evisoft never sees or receives your payment card or bank details. The app verifies the transaction status supplied by the store before adding erasers to the local balance and keeps only the local recovery state needed to prevent duplicate delivery.

Support messages

If you email support, Evisoft uses the information you voluntarily provide only to answer and resolve your request. It is retained only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. Do not send sensitive information.

Children

The game does not ask players for a name, email address, date of birth, or other personal information. Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, purchase availability, and restrictions are managed by Apple or Google and the device’s family settings.

Your choices and deletion

The core game remains playable when platform game services are unavailable and no purchase is required. Deleting the app removes its locally stored board, progress, preferences, and eraser balance from the device. Game Center, Play Games, App Store, and Google Play data remain managed through the relevant platform account. Android users can delete 2048 Math data for their Play Games profile by following the steps on our data-deletion page; purchase records kept by Apple or Google for legal, security, and transaction-history purposes are not deleted by the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be posted before the related app update is released.
